Sewing a Christmas stocking is a perfect way to add some handmade charm to your holiday décor. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to learn new skills, have a sense of community during the holiday season, and have fun while creating something festive and special!
The beauty of creating your own stocking is that it allows you to personalize it with different colours and fabrics! And there will be different colours of felt and patterned cottons for you to choose from. These stockings can be reversed too, adding even more charm and opportunities to your Christmas decorations. And you will learn how to make it from scratch so you can sew another one independently at home!
By the way, it makes a perfect gift for Christmas too!
Some of the skills you will practice:
- creating your own shape for the stocking or using templates
- sewing straight and curvy lines on a sewing machine
- sewing lining into a stocking
- making the stocking reversible
We sew in a cosy relaxed environment in a small group accompanied by tea, biscuits, music and a friendly chatter. You don’t need to worry about what to bring to this workshop because all materials are already included in the price.

This Workshop will be held in The Craft Company’s studio in Cascais, and in English.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The amount will only be refunded in case of written cancellation and not later than 1 week in advance, in relation to the day and time scheduled of the Workshop.
