REQUIRED SKILS: This club is suitable for adults and teenagers of all skill levels, including beginners.
DURATION: 1.5h per session once a week for one month (there will be no Sewing Club on Public Holidays)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This workshop has a maximum capacity of 6 participants. It will be held with a minimum of 2 participants.
This Workshop will be held in The Craft Company’s studio in Cascais, and in English.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that this is a subscription for a month and it is non-refundable. However, if you inform us in advance that you cannot attend a session, we will do our best to reschedule the session for you to make up at another time, subject to availability.
Sewing Club Q&A
How much does it cost and how many sessions do I get?
Both Sewing Club for kids and for adults cost the same – 50eur per month.
It’s a monthly fee and on average includes four sessions a month.
Please note that there will be no Sewing Club on Public Holidays. We’ve experienced low attendance on those days as people tend to spend time with their families and friends. Therefore some months will have three sessions. However, there are months with five sessions which leads to the average of four a month.
How long are the sessions and what does it include?
Kids sessions last for one hour and include all the tools and materials needed. If more advanced students sew bigger items like bags or clothes, they have to bring their own fabrics.
Adult sessions last for an hour and a half. The sewing machines are provided and all necessary tools are there to be used, although some people choose to bring their own set. Fabric is provided for the first project – a drawstring bag, so you don’t need to worry what to bring on your first session! After this you will need to get fabric and thread for the project you decide to make next. However, there are some fabrics, threads and other necessary tools and notions right here at The Craft Company. Teacher will be happy to advise about suitable projects, patterns and fabrics.
What happens if I can’t come?
Please inform us in advance that you cannot attend a session and we will do our best to reschedule the session for you to make up at another time, subject to availability.
